Dunning GC - World Handicap System Update, 28th September 2020
The World Handicap System (WHS) is coming and will replace the existing (and very familiar) CONGU system on November 2nd 2020.
You won't need to know all the detail, but if you play competitive golf at Dunning or elsewhere, you will need to know the basics:
* Your handicap index (and how it's calculated)
* Your course handicap - different for every set of tees on every course you play (White, Yellow, Red and Winter in the case of Dunning)
We have a few hard copy Player Guides at the Pavilion but you can access a pdf version here. Please take the time to read it - quite a few pages but simply laid out. If you have any questions then speak to Alan Hill, John Stockley, Peter Adamson or Jean Robinson (Ladies)
